Can you move my existing site and email over?+
Yes. We handle domain transfer, content migration, and email migration as part of onboarding, and we schedule the cutover so there's no gap in service.
Do you write the content, or do I?+
Either. Some clients bring their own copy and we design around it; others want us to write it from scratch based on our discovery call. We'll tell you which makes sense for your project before you commit.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?+
You move up a tier whenever you need to — no penalty, no re-signing a contract. Most businesses move from Essentials to Growing within their first year.
Is there a contract, or can I leave anytime?+
You can leave anytime, however you may be charged to export your current site and inboxes depending on the scale.
How many email addresses can my business have?+
It depends on your plan — Essential includes 2, Growing includes 10, and Performance is unlimited. Additional inboxes can always be added to any plan.
